Value for the money, safe in bed rrom, they give me frontbay wview wich is beautifull...
Should have more free parking, there were some details like lamp missing, hole in the bed sheet, etc that they should improve but nothing big deal...

Fantastic location
Advertised WiFi did not work and airconditioning had a massive leak. It took 24 hours to get a new room. Hotel maintenace and communal areas cleanliness is very poor. I suggest you remove this property from your listings as overall the impression was very poor.

I like that the bedding was comfortable and the view was lovely.
I did not like the stale, stuffy smell of the hallways, the hot elevators and the lack of internet in the rooms. Information said I would get a king size bed but I did not.

All necessary stores are near by. You can buy breakfast, lunch, personal stuff, etc
Very small parking lot. You have always trouble to get your car out of the parking lot, because of cars parked on the road.. No possibility to have breakfast

I booked a two beds from your website. When we arrived there the lady working at the front desk in a very unmannerable mood said" We don't have any room with two beds, we only have with one with one bed. And then she had the nerve to say that this reservation was not paid." your company did not require for it to be paid in advance. So she was totally out of place to say that. I want to let you all know that this place did not comply with the reservation I made with your company. Second the coffee pot in the room had looked like it was not cleaned for a very, very, veryyyyyyyy long time. So therefore it was unusable for human consumption. Sometimes I wonder if company's like you all from Booked.net go to these hotels you all are selling online and actually check them out for yourselves. I think its a good idea for you to do that.

Nice view of the Emma bridge. There is roomservice every day. Perfect location in downtown Willemstad. It is easy to go eat breakfast and lunch there are many places to go to eat of your choice around the area.
There was no wifi in the room. No standard ac wall plug to charge cellphone and had to rent for $5. There is a lot of non pleasant people circle around the hotel making you feel unsecured. Many chollers hanging nearby the hotel.

we had the balcony view looking out over the Emma Bridge...which was spectacular with lights everywhere and all...
We had a delay on our flight and arrived late at the hotel (at 1.30am..this was not in our control) and the front desk agent was VERY rude to us...saying the reservation had been cancelled and he could not help us and he has a lot of tasks to finish before he is able to help us..we got our room anyway and asked for a non smoking room and the room STANK OF SMOKE....the door to enter the building is almost on the streets, so people pretend they don't have a key to let them in...

I liked that we were close to where the shuttles were stationed in order to bring the peoples the CNSJ festival and brought us back, we didn't need a car and it was save this way.
I did not like the bathtub, all the water was splashing in the bathroom which was very dangerous. The curtain was too small for the window. They did not have enough clean towels. I did not like that we had to exit the hotel to get to the pool or the lobby. There is a lot of non pleasant people circling around the hotel making you feel unsecured. My friends also stayed there and their room was even worse, we had to lend them our towels because to room service took theirs and did not put clean towels back for them, when they called the operator they told them they has problems with the laundry agent. They paid for a king size bed and they got the smallest room due to air conditioning problem in the room they were suppose to stay and did not get any complimentary due to this. We most definitely won't recommend this hotel to our friends.
